Jokić and Antetokounmpo finished atop the overall vote totals in their respective conferences. Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards and Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell were the last players eliminated.
New Format for 2026
This season’s exhibition will abandon the traditional East vs. West structure. Instead, the league will feature:
- Two squads comprised of U.S.-born players
- One team made up of international players
- A round-robin tournament totaling four 12-minute games
The revised format aims to showcase global talent while creating additional broadcast inventory.
Television Return

Every event from All-Star Weekend-including the Slam Dunk Contest and Three-Point Contest-will air on NBC and stream on Peacock. The network last carried the festivities in 2002, marking a 24-year gap.
Next Steps
Head coaches will now select seven reserves for each conference. That group will be unveiled at a later date, completing the 24-player All-Star roster.
Tip-off for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 15.
